-No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#)
-All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and no return will be accepted after 10 days of shipments.
-Claims for shortage, damage, or any other discrepancy must be made within 5 days of invoice date.
-All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
-Decorated garments will not be accepted for any reasons.
